Our online Member Information Center (MIC) gives you secure access to manage your Chamber account and take advantage of many of the benefits available through your investment.

Update Your Company Profile
Your company profile helps the Chamber maintain accurate information about your organization and powers your public listing in our online Business Directory.
Through the Member Information Center, you can update information such as:
- Business name and contact information
- Address and website
- Business description
- Logo, images, and videos
- Social media information
- Other details available with your investment level
Keeping your profile complete and current helps people find, learn about, and connect with your business.
Update Your Personal Profile
Your personal profile contains the information associated with you as a representative of your business or organization.
Use the Member Information Center to review and update your contact information and other personal profile details. You can also manage your profile through the MemberPlus App.
Keeping this information current helps ensure you receive the Chamber communications and information that are most relevant to you.
View and Register for Events
Use the Member Information Center to stay connected to upcoming Chamber events. You can review upcoming events, register online, and see the events you’ve already signed up to attend.
You can also access event information and registrations through the MemberPlus App.
Update Your Staff
Make sure the right people at your organization are connected to your Chamber account.
You can add new staff members, update existing representatives, and deactivate representatives who are no longer with your organization. Adding the appropriate team members also allows more people within your organization to receive Chamber communications and take advantage of available opportunities.
Groups & Mailing Lists
Manage the Chamber groups and mailing lists connected to your account through the Member Information Center.
You can join or leave available groups and mailing lists and manage the communications you receive. You can also unsubscribe from group emails directly from an email when needed.
Submit a Job Posting
Hiring? Share your available positions through the Chamber.
You can create and manage job postings through the Member Information Center, making it easier for people throughout Greater Grant County to discover opportunities with your business or organization.
Submit a News Release
Have something worth sharing? Keep the Chamber and Greater Grant County community informed about what’s happening in your business or organization.
Use the Member Information Center to submit company news, announcements, milestones, expansions, awards, leadership updates, and other news releases.
